When you fill out a qualification form, including your name, phone number, social security number, email address, income and other financial information depending on your expressed loan preference, we use this information to help the lender underwrite and close your loan only. The lender may also send your information to other third parties that you specifically authorize.

Limited distribution of personal information. At your direction (when you click on the “Submit” button), the information that you provide to us on the qualification form will be sent through the Primary Residential Mortgage system and presented to our authorized loan officers and other third parties you specifically authorize. After our authorized loan officers receive your information, they may contact you directly via phone, email or other communications.

Changing and deleting your information. To ensure that the personal and financial information you provide to Primary Residential Mortgage is accurate and current, you may review and change this information at any time. If you wish to change, update or even delete any information, please contact us.

Any changes to our privacy promise will be communicated through the Primary Residential Mortgage website at least 30 days in advance of implementation. Information collected before changes are made will be secured according to the privacy policy in effect prior to the change.
